الاستشارة تشمل: عرض المخطط على المهندس واحتياجات العميل ومتطلباته ويتم على أساس ذلك تقديم المشورة والتعديلات المقترحة على المخطط من قبل المهندس المختص وعيوب التصميم التي قد يتم اكتشافها الا في مرحلة التنفيذ. Consultation includes: presenting the plan to the engineer and the client’s needs and requirements, and on the basis of this, advice and proposed amendments to the plan are provided by the competent engineer and design defects that may be discovered only during the implementation stage.
